Rental Terms

Delivery/Pickup
We will deliver free of charge within a 20 mile radius of our location in Midland, MI (Tri-cities). Outside of this will be a per mile charge, depending on the size of the order and location. Customers may pick up rentals as well. Whomever signs the rental agreement or a designee must meet us to sign for the delivery and ensure that all of Refined Mischief’s items are stored in a secure location and cared for while in their possession.

Payments & Deposits
When you request a quote- it will be good for 30 days. Once a contract is signed, a 50%, nonrefundable, down payment of the rental fee is due at the time of booking to secure your items. The remaining rental fee, plus a $20 damage deposit are due the day of your event or items will not be exchanged.

We accept cash, check, credit cards, Venmo, PayPal.

Cleaning
China and glassware will be delivered in sanitized/packed condition unless you have requested our event set-up and take down. Please remove all solid food items and a quick rinse will be sufficient. Please do not attempt to scrub and never run any of them through a dishwasher. We will complete all cleaning once your items have been picked up.

Damage
Refined Inventory- All items will be inspected for damage upon return and a $4 replacement fee will be assessed for any badly damaged or missing piece.
Mischief Inventory- All items will be inspected for damage upon return and depending on the missing item or damage we will withhold your damage deposit after informing you of the cost to replace or repair.
We understand that you are utilizing these items for events and sometimes damage/accidents do occur so please just let us know if something breaks and don’t try to hide it. We will know!
Any remaining damage deposit will be returned to you within 7 days.
